Arrow Tool Hire, like many independent hire outlets, do not specialise in any one item or product, in order to provide a complete service we carry a comprehensive plant range with each item being carefully selected for its versatility, durability, reliability and safe ease of use.

Our fleet is constantly expanding, being updated and upgraded.

Our fully trained staff are there to offer help and advise on any item of equipment that you may wish to hire or buy, and full safety instructions are supplied.

HIRE PERIODS

First and second day rates are available on all equipment, certain items are available on a half day basis. Beyond that hire charges are per seven-day week with the hire charge for part week(s) after the initial week at 1/5 of the weekly rate per day. The maximum period for a weekend hire is 4.00pm Friday to 9.30am Monday and is charged at the two-day rate.
 

TERMINATION OF HIRE
It is the hirer's responsibility to return equipment when finished with or to advise when equipment is available if we are required to collect. Our drivers are not permitted to take off-hire instructions.

PRICES
Prices quoted on this web site exclude VAT and are subject to alteration without prior notice. Prices quoted are ex-depot. We operate a delivery / collection service ,if required, for which a very competitive charge is made according to the mileage and handling involved.

HIRE AND SALE CONDITIONS
Are those of The Hire Trade Alliance. They appear on the reverse of our Hire Contracts, and copies are available on request.

INSURANCE
The safekeeping of our hire equipment is the Hirers responsibility from on hire until return to our depot or collection by us.

HIRER'S RESPONSIBILITY

ACCOUNTS
Account facilities are available to regular hirers. Please ask for an application form.

NON-ACCOUNT CUSTOMERS
Will be asked for a deposit, the level of which is at our discretion. This will be by card, and on return of the equipment the balance will be charged/refunded whichever is the case. Non-account customers may also be asked to provide identification.

HEALTH & SAFETY
Our equipment is checked between every hire. The checks vary according to the type of equipment but are comprehensive and full written details are kept of every check. To help you fulfil your duty of care for yourself and your employees and yours and their personal safety we check that what we provide you with in the way of equipment conforms to all current requirements. However you should check each task for product suitability, user competence and necessary protective wear. Advice available if required.
